How a 90-day campaign actually works.

No mystery, no pitch decks, no mass-market sales script. Below is the actual week-by-week timeline our clients plan around — and the deliverables they receive at every stage.

Phase 1 — Discovery & Design (Weeks 1–2)

Every engagement begins with a confidential Discovery Call. We sign your NDA upfront if requested. The goal of this phase is to understand your business well enough to design a campaign worth running.

  • 30-minute Discovery Call with your campaign lead
  • Story workshop — we map the narrative arc, key catalysts, and IR calendar alignment
  • Channel strategy — selection of newsletters, influencers, SMS, push, earned/paid mix
  • Baseline metrics capture — current daily volume, social sentiment, search volume
  • Compliance review — disclosure language, exchange-specific filing requirements
  • Engagement letter — signed and counter-signed by end of week 2

Phase 2 — Production & Distribution Setup (Weeks 3–4)

Creative is built, channels are scheduled, dashboards are provisioned. By the end of week 4 every piece of distribution infrastructure is in place — your team has the campaign reporting access before a single piece of content goes out.

  • Creative production — long-form articles, short-form social, video assets, German-language adaptation where applicable
  • Influencer briefings — your story translated into talking points each creator can deliver authentically
  • Distribution scheduling — newsletters slotted, SMS windows reserved, retargeting tags installed
  • Compliance review — every placement disclosed per Section 17(b) and any applicable Canadian or German requirements
  • Dashboard provisioning — campaign reporting URL provided to your team before launch

Phase 3 — Campaign Live (Weeks 5–10)

The campaign runs across all approved channels. Our team monitors and optimizes daily. Your team gets weekly reviews and dashboard access throughout the engagement.

  • Daily optimization — copy A/B tests, channel reallocation, creator rotation
  • Weekly executive review — 30-minute call with your campaign lead and dashboard walkthrough
  • Campaign alerts — significant social-sentiment shifts, news catalysts, and notable channel-performance signals flagged as we identify them
  • Coordinated PR — earned-media placements timed against your IR calendar
  • Compliance monitoring — every placement disclosed per Section 17(b) and applicable jurisdictions

Phase 4 — Optimization & Post-Mortem (Weeks 11–13)

The most valuable phase is what most firms skip. We do not.

  • Retargeting wave — investors who engaged but didn't register get a second touch
  • Attribution & engagement analysis — full attribution model for the campaign window across every channel
  • Post-mortem report — what worked, what didn't, what to do differently next time
  • Roadmap recommendation — should you continue, pause, or pivot? We tell you honestly
  • Reference-ready dataset — anonymized case study you can use in board materials

Engagement structure

We offer four primary program tiers — single-day catalyst amplification, one-week coverage, 30-day campaigns, and 90-day programs — with quarterly and annual engagements available for clients who need sustained coverage. The four-phase structure above describes a 90-day program; shorter tiers compress phases 2–4 into a focused execution window appropriate to the timeline.

Pricing is per program, depending on tier, channel mix, and geographic coverage. We share specific numbers on the Discovery Call once we understand fit. Multi-program and rolling clients are billed monthly with the ability to adjust scope or pause at any time.

We also accept engagements through IR firms, capital advisors, and agencies on a white-label or referral basis. Whether you come to us directly or through a partner, the deliverables and disclosure structure are the same.
